Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier location. Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days and delivered within 7–20 business days after shipment. Some items may arrive sooner, while larger or specialty pieces may take longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
We may offer free shipping on select products or promotions. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your order is processed.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some House of Nile items are shipped from different fulfillment partners. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately and on different dates.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many House of Nile items are sourced through specialty suppliers, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for:
- change-of-mind purchases
- ordering the wrong item
- incorrect size selection
- no longer wanting the product after delivery
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a photo of the shipping label
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, store credit, partial refund, or refund to your original payment method depending on the issue.
Are all sales final?
All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Products
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or supplier updates.
Do your products require assembly?
Some items may require light assembly. Product-specific details, when applicable, should be listed in the product description.
Are your measurements exact?
Please allow for minor differences in measurements due to manual sizing or manufacturing variations.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods available through Shopify, which may include credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other accelerated checkout options shown at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment information is processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. House of Nile does not store your full payment details.
